The Ulm and Augsburg regions have a strong presence of vehicle manufacturing, mechanical engineering, aerospace, pharmaceuticals and logistics. Projects keep arising there that tie skilled workers to one place for a long time. For such jobs, your team needs a fixed place to stay for the whole period, where it can settle in.
What is included in the price
Utilities for electricity, water and gas are included in the price. The same applies to Wi-Fi. So your team does not have to sign contracts with suppliers or read meters. On top of that comes the use of the kitchen, bathroom and common rooms.

The long-term price for teams
If you stay long and come with many people, you pay less. From 10 people and at least 9 months, the long-term price applies: from €19 per person per night, net plus VAT. For shorter stays or smaller teams, the standard price applies: from €22 per person per night, net, from 7 nights.
Your exact quote depends on the dates, number of people and accommodation. You will receive it after your request. We issue the invoice to your company. Payment is in advance, in cash or by bank transfer.
Staff accommodation for months: practical tips
Anyone who lives in one place for several months may need to register their residence there. We can help you with registration on request. It is best to tell us when you send your request.
In everyday life, your team keeps the accommodation clean itself. We provide a broom, dustpan and mop. You can book weekly cleaning by our team as an extra. If your project is extended, let us know as early as possible. We will try to keep the same accommodation or offer you an equivalent one.
Parking for cars and vans is subject to availability. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all properties.
How to plan the stay
Send us the start date, expected duration, number of people and work location. You can send a request even if the end of the project is not yet fixed. We will get back to you personally and discuss which accommodation suits you.
Our properties are located across Ulm, Neu-Ulm and Augsburg. So please give us the exact location of your job. That way we can find accommodation with the shortest possible commute.
Planning within your company stays simple. You have one contact person for everyone and receive the invoice to your company. The accommodation is available only to employees of the booking company. If your team line-up changes during the project, just let us know.
