What makes a worker flat
A worker flat is a furnished flat for people who work away from home for a few weeks or months. We rent out such flats and worker rooms in Ulm, Neu-Ulm and Augsburg. Our guests are fitters, electricians, tradespeople and construction teams sent by their company.
The key difference from a hotel: your team has a kitchen and a washing machine. Cooking your own dinner and washing your own work clothes saves time and money. And after a long day on the construction site, there is a table where everyone can sit together.
Worker flats in Ulm, Neu-Ulm and Augsburg
Our accommodation is located across Ulm, Neu-Ulm and Augsburg. Ulm and Neu-Ulm are right on the A7 and close to the A8. Augsburg is on the A8 between Stuttgart and Munich. From both cities you can reach many construction sites in the region by car.
Tell us the location of your job when you send your request. We will then suggest accommodation with the shortest possible commute. Parking for cars and vans is subject to availability, and some properties also have space for lorries.
Typical jobs include installations in industrial halls, work on construction sites, maintenance in production plants or expanding cables and networks. Logistics, vehicle manufacturing, mechanical engineering and construction have a strong presence in the region. Many of these projects last several weeks. For that length of time, a flat with a kitchen is often more pleasant than a hotel room.

If your team wants to live together
Many companies would like their team to live together in one flat. That makes coordinating in the morning and driving to the site easier. Let us know this wish when you send your request. Whether a flat is available just for your team depends on team size and occupancy. We will get back to you with an honest suggestion.
Please also tell us how your team should sleep. We have single and shared rooms and take your wishes into account subject to availability. The accommodation is available only to employees of the booking company.
For the company, shared accommodation has another advantage: you have one contact person and receive one quote for everyone. If the job takes longer, let us know as early as possible. We will try to keep the same accommodation or offer you an equivalent one.
From request to key
Send us the dates, number of people and work location. We will get back to you personally by phone, WhatsApp or email and send you a quote. Once you confirm, you will receive the invoice to your company. Payment is in advance, in cash or by bank transfer.
The minimum booking is 7 nights. Check-in is between 5 pm and 9 pm. Please call two hours before arrival. Your team keeps the accommodation clean itself. You can book weekly cleaning by us as an extra.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all properties. Pets are only allowed by prior written agreement.
