Neu-Ulm is not only growing in the city centre. Many businesses have settled in the districts of Pfuhl and Schwaighofen. Further commercial areas lie towards the A7. There you will find logistics and storage halls, workshops, trade businesses, wholesalers and smaller manufacturing firms.

For your team, that means very different contracts. Sometimes a new hall is built, sometimes an existing one is extended. Sometimes it is about racking, conveyor technology or electrical installation, sometimes about the roof, façade or building services.

Our furnished rooms and worker flats are located across Neu-Ulm and Ulm. Which accommodation suits you depends on your dates, your team size and occupancy. Give us the address of your work location in your request. We will then suggest accommodation with the shortest possible route.

From Ulm Hauptbahnhof it is approx. 10 to 15 minutes by car to Pfuhl or Schwaighofen. From Neu-Ulm city centre the journey is usually even shorter.

With van and trailer

Anyone working in business parks rarely comes by car alone. Teams often arrive with a van, trailer or workshop vehicle. Tell us in your request which vehicles you are bringing. Parking for cars and vans is subject to availability, and some properties also have space for lorries.

The A7 runs east of Neu-Ulm. Via the B10 and B28 you get from the city onto the motorway. That helps if your team needs to fetch materials or works at a second location in between. Allow a little extra time for journeys. At shift start and after work, the access roads to the business parks are often busier.

Bed linen, duvets and dishes are provided. Please bring your own towels and food. You can wash work clothes in the accommodation. Weekly cleaning of the accommodation can be booked as an extra on request.

From request to move-in

It is quickest if your request contains everything important: when does the job start, how many people are coming, and where is the construction site? You will then receive a personal quote from us. The price starts at €22 per person per night, net, from 7 nights. As soon as you make a binding reservation, the invoice goes to your company. It also shows the exact address.

If the contract lasts many months, the long-term price applies to larger teams: from €19 per person per night, net, from 10 people and at least 9 months. We can help with residence registration on request.

Move-in is between 5 pm and 9 pm, so well after the first shift. If your team would like to live together, mention it in your request. Whether it works depends on team size and occupancy.
