When a company sends a team out on a job, the accommodation has to be sorted before the work begins. We rent out furnished rooms and flats in Ulm, Neu-Ulm and Augsburg to companies in construction, trades, industry and engineering. Our guests are fitters, electricians, construction workers and service technicians. Teams often come for shell construction, interior fit-out, electrical installation or setting up machinery. Some stay two weeks, others several months.
You only need one request for your team. We take care of allocating the rooms and send you a quote for everyone. We issue the invoice to your company.
Single or shared rooms for workers
We have single and shared rooms. You can mix both, for example a single room for the foreman and shared rooms for the colleagues. Tell us in your request how your team should sleep. We take your wishes into account subject to availability.
If your team would like to live together, let us know as well. Whether a flat is available just for your team depends on team size and occupancy. We will get back to you with a suitable suggestion.
Worker accommodation in Augsburg, Ulm and Neu-Ulm
Our accommodation is spread across the three cities. Ulm and Neu-Ulm lie on the border between Baden-Württemberg and Bavaria, right on the A7 and close to the A8. Augsburg is on the A8 and the B17. From there you can reach many construction sites and industrial areas in the region.
Parking for cars and vans is subject to availability. Some properties also have space for lorries. Tell us in your request which vehicles your team will arrive with.
Does your team carpool to the site every morning? Tell us how many vehicles you are bringing. That way we know how many parking spaces you need. Parking is subject to availability.

Kitchen, bathroom and washing machine are partly shared. Bed linen and duvets are provided, towels and food are not. The accommodation is available only to employees of the booking company. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms.
Guests keep the accommodation clean themselves. We provide a broom, dustpan and mop. You can book weekly cleaning by our team as an extra.
How to organise the accommodation
Send us the work location, dates and number of people. You can also send a request at short notice. Whether anything is available depends on occupancy. We will get back to you personally and send you a quote. Payment is in advance, in cash or by bank transfer.
The minimum booking is 7 nights. On the day of arrival, check-in is between 5 pm and 9 pm. Please call two hours before arrival.
For large teams, the long-term price of from €19 per person per night applies from 10 people and at least 9 months. Otherwise the standard price of from €22 per person per night applies from 7 nights. Both prices are net plus VAT.
