Neu-Ulm is a major district town and the seat of the Neu-Ulm district. The city belongs to the Bavarian administrative region of Swabia. Ulm, on the other side, is in Baden-Württemberg. So the Danube separates not only two cities, but also two federal states.

In everyday life this border hardly matters. Several bridges cross the river, and the distances between the two city centres are short. Many people live on one side and work on the other. The same goes for your team.

Our furnished rooms and worker flats are located across Neu-Ulm and Ulm. For a construction site in Neu-Ulm, accommodation on the Ulm side can therefore be a good fit too. What matters is the route to the work site, not the city boundary.

Give us the address of your construction site when you send your request. We will then suggest accommodation with the shortest possible route. If your team would like to live together, let us know. Whether that is possible depends on team size and occupancy.

Transport links around Neu-Ulm

The A7 runs north–south east of Neu-Ulm. The B10 and B28 federal roads connect the city with the motorway and the surrounding area. Via the Ulm/Elchingen motorway junction you can also reach the A8 towards Stuttgart and Munich.

Neu-Ulm has its own railway station. Ulm Hauptbahnhof is only a few minutes away. If part of your team arrives by train, it is a good meeting point for pick-up. If possible, plan your arrival by car outside rush hour. The Danube bridges can get busy in the mornings and evenings.

Typical jobs in Neu-Ulm

Neu-Ulm and the surrounding district are home to many businesses in logistics, retail, trades and manufacturing. New residential areas and commercial sites are being built, and existing buildings are being renovated. Electricians, installers, drywall fitters and assembly teams often come to the city for several weeks for this work.

If you work in the business parks in Pfuhl or Schwaighofen, it is only a short drive from the city centre. Jobs in the surrounding area, such as in Senden, Nersingen or Leipheim, are also easy to reach from accommodation in Neu-Ulm or Ulm.

Send us a request with dates, number of people and work location. The minimum stay is 7 nights. If your project runs for many months, ask about the long-term price: from €19 per person per night, net, from 10 people and at least 9 months.

Also tell us which vehicles you will be bringing. Parking for cars and vans is subject to availability, and some properties also have space for lorries.

We will get back to you personally with a quote. After the binding reservation, you will receive the invoice to your company. The exact address of the accommodation is on the invoice. Check-in is between 5 pm and 9 pm. If your team stays longer, we can help with residence registration on request.
