Around the Ulm/Elchingen motorway junction

The A7 and A8 cross at the Ulm/Elchingen motorway junction. The location attracts logistics: warehouses, transhipment sites and large halls. There is building, expansion and refitting going on. Teams for hall construction, electrics, racking and conveyor technology are in demand.

The three towns are in two federal states. Langenau belongs to the Alb-Donau district in Baden-Württemberg. Elchingen and Nersingen belong to the Neu-Ulm district in Bavaria. Our accommodation is in Ulm and Neu-Ulm, not in the three towns themselves.

Driving times from Ulm and Neu-Ulm

You reach Elchingen by car in approx. 15 minutes and Nersingen in approx. 15 to 20 minutes. Langenau is approx. 20 minutes away. All three towns have a junction on the A7 or the A8.

Around the motorway junction, traffic is heavy at peak times. Allow some extra time, especially for early-morning shift starts. Tell us the location of your job in your request. We will then see which available accommodation has a short route.

With a kitchen on site, everyone can look after themselves before or after the shift. That is practical when early and late shifts alternate. Bed linen and dishes are provided. Your people bring their own towels and food.

Arriving with vans

Many logistics and installation teams come with several vehicles. Parking for cars and vans is subject to availability, and some properties also have space for lorries. Tell us in advance what you are bringing. We will then plan the accommodation accordingly.

Check-in is between 5 pm and 9 pm. So your team can move in after arriving or after the first working day. If the team would like to live together, mention it in your request. Whether that is possible depends on team size and occupancy.

Prices and request

You pay from €22 per person per night, net, from 7 nights. For 10 people or more staying at least 9 months, the price is from €19 per person per night, net. The invoice goes to your company, payment is in advance.

Send us the dates, number of people and work location. We will get back to you personally with a quote for your workers' accommodation. After the binding reservation, the exact address is on the invoice.

If your team stays several months, we can help with residence registration on request. You can book weekly cleaning as an extra. If the contract takes longer than planned, ask about an extension in good time.
