Working in the Günzburg district

Günzburg and Leipheim belong to the Günzburg district in Bavaria. Both towns have their own junction on the A8 between Stuttgart and Munich. Along the motorway there are large commercial areas with logistics, mechanical engineering and industry. On top of that there are building and civil engineering sites.

For fitters and construction teams on these jobs, we rent out rooms and worker flats in Ulm and Neu-Ulm. We do not have accommodation in Günzburg and Leipheim themselves. Your team lives in the city and drives to the job via the motorway in the morning.

Getting there via the A8

From Ulm and Neu-Ulm, take the A8 towards Augsburg. You reach Leipheim in approx. 20 to 25 minutes and Günzburg in approx. 25 to 30 minutes. During rush hour and with roadworks on the motorway, it can take longer. Allow a little extra time on the first day.

We will clarify which accommodation has the shortest route when you send your request. Just give us the town or the address of the construction site. The Ulm–Augsburg railway line also stops in Leipheim and Günzburg.

If your team works at several locations along the A8, it still stays in the same accommodation. That saves moving between sites. The business parks in Neu-Ulm and Nersingen are also on the way.

Prices and length of stay

You book with us from 7 nights. The price is from €22 per person per night, net, from 7 nights. If 10 or more people come for at least 9 months, the price is from €19 per person per night, net. The exact quote depends on the dates, number of people and room type.

Would your employees like to live together as a team? Mention it in your request. Whether that is possible depends on team size and occupancy. Single rooms are also possible, subject to availability. For long jobs we can help with residence registration on request, and you can book weekly cleaning as an extra.

From request to key

Send us a request with dates, number of people and work location. We will get back to you personally with a quote for the worker accommodation. After the binding reservation, you will receive the invoice to your company and pay in advance.

The exact address is on the invoice. Your team moves in on the day of arrival between 5 pm and 9 pm. Short-notice requests are welcome. Whether it works depends on occupancy.
