Senden on the Iller

Senden is a town in the Neu-Ulm district in Bavaria. It lies south of Neu-Ulm on the Iller. In Senden and the surrounding villages there are business parks, trade businesses and residential and commercial construction sites. Fitters, installers and construction teams often come to the region for several weeks for this work.

We do not have accommodation in Senden itself. Our furnished rooms and worker flats are located across Ulm and Neu-Ulm. For your team, that means living in the city in the evening and a short drive to the work site in the morning.

Getting to Senden

The route runs from Ulm via Neu-Ulm southwards along the Iller. From Neu-Ulm you often reach Senden faster than from Ulm city centre. So please tell us the exact work location when you send your request. We will then check which available accommodation is best placed on your route.

Senden has a station on the line from Neu-Ulm into the Iller valley. Most teams, however, travel by van or company car. Parking for cars and vans is subject to availability. Tell us in advance how many vehicles you are bringing.

Some teams work in Senden first and then in Neu-Ulm or in Ulm's Donautal. In that case, accommodation in the city is practical. Your team changes site without moving out.

Many construction projects last longer than a few weeks. Our minimum stay is 7 nights. From 7 nights you pay from €22 per person per night, net. For teams of 10 people or more staying at least 9 months, the price is from €19 per person per night, net.

If the job takes longer than planned, ask about an extension in good time. We can help with residence registration on request. Would your team like to live together? Let us know in your request. Whether that is possible depends on team size and occupancy.

How the request works

Send us the dates, number of people and the work location in Senden. We will get back to you personally with a quote for your workers' accommodation. After the binding reservation, you will receive the invoice to your company. You pay in advance, in cash or by bank transfer.

Please also tell us whether you need single or shared rooms. The address of the accommodation is on the invoice. Check-in is between 5 pm and 9 pm. Short-notice requests are welcome too. Whether it works depends on occupancy.
